Joslyn
VBM switches can be used in conjunction with electronic controls in Preferred-Alternate
arrangements to provide quick restoration of service to any important
load with the additional feature of automatic fault isolation. Joslyn VBM vacuum switches are available for system voltages through 69kV. The standard motor operated VBM switch supplied with Preferred-Alternate systems can be replaced with a solenoid operated VBM switch for high-speed transferring applications. |
